Recently always friends asked the Nexiq adapter can work with Cat ET software?
Our answer is of course,can work with the cat ET software.and there is no problem when the nexiq work with cat Et software.
If the cat is in the GM Truck,need use the OBDII Connector.In trucks with the standard 6/9 pin connector.there is no issue.
How to solve problem when the Nexiq USB Link connect with the cat ET as below:
1: Connection Error 434:
When you meet the connection error 434,maybe the adaperserver in the cat software,change it for the cat server and it will work.
2: Connection Error 149:
Utilities- preferences-communications- RP1210 Compilant device then advanced choose the nexiq link.
If it could not work
Reinstall driver and verify that you have this in the device manager
Jungo usb link windriver if you misssing one of this it wont work.
